Automotive : Fans/Blowers/Pumps : Seat Ventilation Fan

Vehicle air-conditioning systems make the passenger compartiment of a car more comfortable, but can only reach the front of the occupants' bodies. Air cannot circulate behind them to cool their backs. Perspiration that is not drawn away causes discomfort and, even in an air-conditioned car, can lead to muscular tension and back problems during long trips. With seat ventilation the surface of the seat is kept dry by fans built into the seat and backrest. Melexis driver ICs ensure quiet and intelligent control of the fans.
